Carl M. Stern

Inventor, Engineer

Carl has more than 30 years experience developing, innovating, and inventing products both inside and outside the walls of large companies, such as Proctor and Gamble, Fisher Price Toys, and Becton-Dickerson.  His products have won consumer awards, currently on display in the Franklin Institute, Philadelphia. On behalf of his consulting company he has successfully licensed  and launched various products.  With his Masters degrees from Stanford University he pursued education as a career, supported by a second Masters in Secondary Education.  His personal accomplishments include cycling across the United States at age 18 (from NYC to LA), climbing to the summit of Mt. Elbrus in 2017, and pursuing both his racing and bonsai passions.

Rose Prey, J.D.

Shareholder, Greenberg Traurig, LLP 

Rose is an experienced IP litigation attorney, and she has represented clients in patent infringement cases involving a wide range of technologies, including consumer electronics, smartphone software, automotive systems, semiconductor manufacturing, wireless communication, and display technology. Rose’s practice covers cases in federal courts at the trial and appellate levels and Section 337 investigations before the International Trade Commission. She also has experience with post–grant review proceedings in the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Rose graduated from Elon University, magna cum laude, and received her J.D. from UNC–Chapel Hill School of Law.

Ralph J. Kelly, J.D.

Ralph has over twenty years experience handling a wide range of complex litigation matters from contractual disputes and business torts to professional malpractice matters and real estate related litigation including title claims. Kelly's active trial practice includes both federal and state courts and various administrative and arbitration tribunals. A former partner in Dilworth Paxson and a shareholder at Abrahams Loewenstein and Bushman, Kelly is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a magna cum laude graduate of St. Joseph's University.  

Bill Koelewyn

Bill and his team have successfully built an industrial and corporate business community within the confines of the 225 property over the past 24 years.  The organization now hosts over 70 businesses and continues to grow.  Bill is the Chairman-Elect for the Lower Bucks County Camber of Commerce.  Mr. Koelewyn is an expert is transportation, logistics, operations management, and procurement.
