Package includes necessary Hard Top brackets and stainless steel hardware. No Drilling. Crossbars distribute weight through the side gutter rails and also through the top via the two welded square feet. Additionally customer can opt for two more threaded feet (8-00-9915), not included in this kit. These MULTI-FUNCTION Crossbar accept most other mfg roof top accessories and EXR Click-In accessories.
