EXR Click-In Accessory 6" Pin - this press-formed, welded, electroplated, and powdercoated accessory clicks into any of the MULTI-FUNCTION Crossbars (8-00-97xx) with just a push pin. When clicked in, a rubber silicon washer compresses, providing a snug fit. It is extremely strong as the accessory passes through the heavy duty carbon steel crossbar and uses all 4 sides of the crossbar for strength. The 6" Pin is commonly used as a side stop for carrying lumber, plywood, beams, steel, canoes, and just about anything flat and heavy. Commonly purchased with this item are the boat-straps (8-00-9920 and 8-00-9921 used for strapping just about anything down securely).
