Sits approximately 1" out from the Kayak Basket. Gap allows the use of Kayak Basket tie down points for kayaks / SUP to still function. Standard MOLLE attachments can be mounted and/or woven into place. Electroplated and Powdercoated Textured Black. Includes Stainless Steel installation hardware.
